Jason Georgiou DipFA

Director, Independent Financial Adviser

Educated at Bradford Grammar School, Jason worked as the Leeds city centre Inspector for Legal & General until 1986, when he joined a Regional IFA firm as an Account Executive. In 1989 Jason formed Little & Georgiou (with Richard Little) and he now handles an extensive range of personal and corporate clients. Jason is married with 3 grown up children and is a former Yorkshire County Rugby player who still enjoys keeping fit and watching rugby.



Tony Short FPFS

Director, Chartered Financial Planner

Tony is an Economics Graduate from Leeds University and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society who became a Partner in 2004. With over 35 years in the industry and 24 years as an Independent Financial Adviser, Tony brings a wealth of experience to the Little & Georgiou. Tony is registered with the FCA as a Pension Specialist to enable him to advise on Defined Benefit Pension plans. Married with 2 children, Tony is a keen golfer.



Robert Bethell FPFS FCSI

Director, Chartered Financial Planner, Chartered Wealth Manager

Rob joined Little & Georgiou in February 2012 after relocating from the South Coast. He graduated from The University of Southampton in June 2000 with a Bsc Economics and has over 19 years experience in Financial Services. Rob looks after individual and corporate clients advising on all aspects of financial planning including pensions, investments, and inheritance tax planning

Rob became a Partner of Little & Georgiou LLP in July 2015 and a Director of Little & Georgiou (IFA) Limited in December 2017. Rob is a Chartered Financial Planner, Chartered Wealth Manager and a Fellow of both the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments. Rob is registered with the FCA as a Pension Specialist to enable him to advise on Defined Benefit Pension plans.

Rob is married with three young children (all of them boys) and enjoys being at work.



Siân Walters DipPFS

Independent Financial Adviser

Siân is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser and is registered with the FCA as a Pension Specialist to enable her to advise on Defined Benefit Pension plans. Siân graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 1987 with a Bsc Hons then worked for a number of Life Offices including Scottish Life, Winterthur, AXA Wealth and PruProtect before joining Little & Georgiou in 2013. Siân has over 30 years experience in Financial Services and provides advice to both corporate and individual clients. Siân is a keen golfer.



Hazel Manley DipPFS

Independent Financial Adviser

Hazel has worked in the financial services sector since 2001. She began her career working for 2 different life offices and then welcomed a move into a more customer facing role at a financial advising company. She qualified as an Independent Financial Adviser in 2013 and has been enjoying the role ever since. She joined Little and Georgiou in 2020. Hazel is married with two young children and enjoys all things family! In addition to spending time with her family she is a keen fundraiser and participates in many organised charity events.



Stephen Gandy DipPFS


Stephen has been in the Financial Services industry for 10 years since leaving college and joined Little & Georgiou in November 2020 as a Paraplanner. Stephen provides administrative support for all our advisers alongside his main role of compiling research and Recommendation Reports for our recommendations to clients. Stephen holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and aims to become a Chartered Financial Planner as part of his ultimate goal to become an Independent Financial Adviser.

Outside of work Stephen enjoys lots of exercise at the gym, trying to improve his game on the golf course and is a long-term supporter/sufferer of Sheffield United.
